2.1. Account Creation

To access the catalogue, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2.2. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

2.3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to "scrape" our publisher database for external use.

3.1. Intermediary Status

KAVERO LIMITED acts as a marketplace and service provider. We facilitate transactions between Clients and Publishers. We do not own or control the third-party websites listed in our catalogue.

3.2. Catalogue Accuracy

We strive to update metrics (DR, Traffic) monthly. However, because these are third-party metrics, we do not guarantee their real-time accuracy. The price at the time of purchase is final.

3.3. Service Variations

We offer various "Packages" and "A la Carte" services. Each may have specific requirements regarding word count, anchor text, and niche relevance.

4.1. Order Acceptance

An order is considered "Accepted" once payment is processed. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including niche incompatibility.

4.2. Link Longevity Guarantee

We provide a 12-month placement guarantee. If a link is removed, changed to "nofollow" (unless sold as such), or the page is deleted within 12 months, we will:

• Contact the publisher to restore the link.
• Provide a replacement placement of equal or greater value if restoration is impossible.

4.3. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Average TAT is 14–30 days. Delays may occur due to publisher editorial calendars or holidays. GetPageOne is not liable for delays caused by third-party publishers.

5.1. Content Creation

If GetPageOne provides the content, it is written for the purpose of SEO and general readability. While we aim for high standards, these are not "journalistic" pieces intended for high-level news outlets unless specifically ordered under "Digital PR."

5.2. Client Approval

Clients may have the right to review content depending on the package. If approval is not provided within 48 hours of delivery, we reserve the right to auto-publish to ensure fulfillment.

5.3. Publisher Discretion

Publishers have the final say on content. They may make minor editorial edits to fit their site's tone or style.

6.1. Pricing

Prices are quoted in EUR (€) or USD ($) as indicated. KAVERO LIMITED reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Refunds

• Full Refund: If we are unable to fulfill the placement on the specific domain ordered.
• Partial Refund/Credit: If an order is canceled before content creation has begun.
• No Refund: Once a link is live, indexed, or once the publisher has accepted the content for publication.

6.3. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and the permanent removal of all active links associated with the Client's account.

7.1. Restricted Content

We do not accept orders for websites involving illegal drugs, weapons, hate speech, or defamatory content.

7.2. Grey-Niche Surcharge

Orders for Gambling, Adult, CBD, or Crypto may require a surcharge and are only available for publishers who explicitly allow these niches.

7.3. Non-Circumvention

Clients agree not to contact Publishers directly to bypass GetPageOne's marketplace for a period of 24 months from the last interaction.

8.1. No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO is an ever-changing field. KAVERO LIMITED makes no guarantee that our services will result in specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.

8.2. Algorithm Risks

You acknowledge that backlink acquisition carries inherent risks regarding Google's Webmaster Guidelines. KAVERO LIMITED is not responsible for any manual actions, penalties, or loss of traffic your website may experience.

8.3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAVERO LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

9.1. Our Property

All platform architecture, design, and the curated list of publishers are the intellectual property of KAVERO LIMITED.

9.2. Client Property

You retain all rights to your brand, trademarks, and the specific URLs provided for linking.

11.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

11.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
